Message	s/n and name in the body setup a filter to have messages with these keyword skip your inbox and go straight to a folder. therefore you would not clutter up your inbox and they would be sorted for you. anyone who didnt strictly setup the email as you specified, cluttering your inbox, would be punished by not having their bday included.
